I found this spare cute-ass palm sized notebook stored away, and I have found a new purpose for it. Writing some good and positive vibes in it to help me manage my own anxiety and stress.
This shall be another thing of motivating force. It takes too much effort in exerting emotional stress on my mistakes, flaws and past memories, so don’t invest all that energy and time into making yourself feel shithouse and obsess all about it. Work on improving and refining. Enhance those positive aspects of yourself
